Additional Notes

Single 3mL cultures were grown and divided, half (1.5mL) was used for the Qiagen Plasmid Miniprep and half (1.5mL) was use for the Hurricane Miniprep. The construct was a high copy plasmid. Gel pictures, sequence images, and DNA samples were supplied to Gerard Biotech. Gerard then analyzed the samples and derived the 260/ 280 readings.

This case study was derived from user feedback supplied by a Gerard Biotech customer at the University of Illinois Urbana Campus School of Animal Science. The information is based on the user experience, not a paid evaluator.
